I hesitantly almost cancelled sale when it happened. Now I wish I did
Item arrived there to mail forwarding company Fine, package opened, unpsmacked all 35 dishes & inspected May 4. Complaint was resolved as they complained about 1 broken plate. As 10 year seller here, i Included BONUS plate. All was fine
Item alone is $75 + $31 postage.
17 days later Korean buyer complains EVERY SINGLE plate is damaged
I immediately called ebay resolutions, filled them in. They said they would side with me, as it delivered 17 days prior. NOT withhold monies from me, would CLOSE CASE ASAP. Any bad feedback would be removed
Am sitting here awaiting eBay return call THEY NEVER FOLLOWED through
Saddened as I did no wrong. It arrived at Verified address FINE
Korean buyer demanding her money bsck. I advised her she needs to take it up with Mail forwarding company
She told ebay that is her work address. She works there.
I called several times, they say she is their customer NOT am employee
She stresses she has 100% positive feedback. I mention ALL Buyers do. I am experienced seller here for 10 years eith 100% positive feedback. I REPORTED her when she threatened to give me negative if I didn't refund her
