[Removed by moderator] fraud for Kubota tractor
[Removed by moderator] with supposedly [removed by moderator] sold me a Kubota Tractor but it has all turned out to be fake. The phone number he called me from was not his real number somehow and he gave false information. He sent me a bill of sale and that was all. No title. His UPS envelope came from Los Angeles even though he was supposed to be in Colorado. He had a lot of other items for sale as well, but he has deleted all the postings so no one can give him negative feedback. I filed a dispute, I am hopeful I get my money back ($9000). Ebay says there is a guarantee. Waiting to see...

OP8 months agoThe seller had removed the listing right after he tried to get the delivery approved. Ebay also said they were taking it all down. It also makes the seller look like he is okay because they removed it all. So the seller gets to try again to screw someone over.

OP8 months agoThe automated assistant told me I would not get a refund. It said I had not followed the rules.
5 minutes later I get an email from Ebay with the claim found in my favor and it says a refund will post to me in 3-5 days..... This has been the weirdest time I have ever had. I will not ever buy anything expensive again on Ebay. It is just not worth this hassle. At least this one is done.

OP8 months agoEbay is not allowing me to file Business Equipment Purchase Protection program. I just get a message that it is not available. I have been on hold for 40 minutes and counting trying to get an account person. I had received a call back and I explained I needed to escalate the claim. The person would come back in a minute or two, but now I believe that I was just put into a hold to make me give up.

OP8 months agoEbay has sent me 3 emails now saying that there is not a money back guarantee. I have tried to escalate the claim but so far I am being told no one is available to do so. I have been asked to wait till Monday which will put me past 30 days. I am a bit concerned. I am told they did not forward the money to the seller. His using UPS as the delivery did not quite work. Interesting way to try to scam ebay and myself

Mentor8 months agoI clicked on the link, and ebay said the page was missing. I then used the Advance search and pasted the item number in, and it could not be found.
