Question

I purchased an item and returned it. [removed by moderator] did not fully refund me. They stated that if I return the item they would pay the return shipping. When I asked for the status of the shipping refund they stopped responding to me. Ebay has been no help at all. I have called EBAY twice on this and they told me to report the seller and then they would step in to help. Ebay is not a good place to shop, as they do not look out for the customers. Very disapponting.
