Hello, I would like to inform you that I only received the remote control. None of the other components were included—neither the programming device nor the additional unit that should have come with it.

Please send the missing parts as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have to report this shipment as incomplete and potentially misleading.

@aquprodu0 Your seller is not here. You need to return to your purchase history and select contact seller. Ask them to send the missing items right away.

If they do not send the missing items then be sure to file a return request case within 30 days of the date of delivery. eBay can't force the seller to send the missing items but they CAN make the seller pay return shipping and refund you 100%.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
