Remove negative Feedback I left
I want to remove feedback I left one of my buyers. This buyer had at first told me he didn’t receive the item and not only opened a claim but then continued to say he didn’t receive the item after it showed delivered and eBay refunded him, but then he was honest and told me he later found out one of his neighbors had brought it inside for him and that he wanted to know how to pay me for it. He then contacted eBay and did indeed pay me for the item. So I would like to remove the negative feedback from his account, but I don’t know how.

Mentor2 years agoSellers have not been able to leave neutral or negative feedback since 2008. Sellers either leave positive feedback or no feedback at all. The buyer can file a report against you since you left a positive feedback with negative words. Let it be.
