Sorry, this is not Ebay Customer Service.
Even if it was, Ebay will not remove your strikes.
Even if you intended to pay for the item, you had 4 days to do so. Since you did not, the seller was able to cancel the transaction due to non-payment which resulted in a strike on your account. 2 or more strikes will result in curtailing your bidding ability.
