Remove my feedback
I had a customer submit a bad review. I replied calmly and explained what happened so anyone reading her review could see my side too. She ended up changing her review to positive. But my review with the explanation is still there for everyone to see. I'm new and want to make this a successful business. How can I delete my response? Thank you for your help!

This is a head scratcher all right. When I sort your feedbacks by Most Relevant, your Reply is there. But when I sort your feedbacks by Most Recent, your Reply is not there.
I posted a link to this thread on another board and asked if anybody knew what was going on with that.
