Mentor2 years agoYou can message the seller and ask for a Feedback Revision Request.
I see you left the same feedback for two sellers, so that may be the one you want to revise. But if the seller needs to resolve the problem, do not revise the feedback until AFTER you have your resolution - not as a condition for it.
