Remove from cart
I placed an order on a bid by mistake. My cart tells me to ... You can't remove items that you've already committed to buy. Please go to checkout and pay. If you want to cancel this, visit Customer Service.

Mentor2 years agoCould you double check and report back with the exact wording on the message? Are you sure it doesn't say to contact the seller?
Only the seller can cancel an order (IF he agrees to - he is not obligated to). eBay cannot cancel your order.

You cannot cancel your order. You have committed to purchasing the item, so now you PAY.
How did you bid "by mistake"?
