Remove feedback left for wrong item over 3 mo old
How can I request removal of feedback left for the wrong item, when it is more than 3 months old? Buyer is not responding to my messages. I can not get through to a customer service agent - only chat bot.

Feedback left more than 60 days ago cannot be removed. The Buyer cannot request that it be removed. It's very obvious from the feedback this person left that it is for the wrong item. Your response clarifies that. Unfortunately, it's just too late for you to request removal.
