Remove eBay authenticity guarantee
How do I remove authenticity guarantee? eBay automatically adds it to my listing, but it never goes to authenticity after the sale. I don’t understand and eBay doesn’t let you contact them, so it’s impossible to get an answer. I got feedback from someone that said I misrepresented that I would go through the Authenticity Guarantee, but I can’t figure out how to do it. eBay automatically puts it on my listing, but doesn’t instruct me what to do with it after the sale. They just provide the buyers address and I send it.

I am not seeing your sold items. I see the one feedback where the buyer mentioned it not going to the authenticator, but it is too old for me to see the details of the listing.
If eBay adds the guarantee, the only thing that should cause it not to go for authentication is if the buyer’s address is a PO Box, or is outside of the continental US.
