Remove closed Paypal account from ebay

Question

I closed my paypal account, so I no longer have one - yet, when I try to buy something on ebay - it still has paypal listed a preferred payment method - Paypal already been removed from my ebay account - so, how do I stop the paypal option from appearing when trying to buy something? When I receive an offer, it goes directly to paypal option - with no way to change - remove it.
