Remove Account Rescriction
I received an account restriction for not sending 2 items which were sold just as I was going away for 2 weeks. I notified both buyers but they still opened complaints. They were both refunded their money.
Now I'm restricted from selling. I have closed both cases, responded to the negative feedback.
I tried to "reply" to the email Ebay sent me, which said reply to this email. However I received an auto reply saying this is not an email address that can receive mail.
Please help me to get my account restored. I'm a very light user, but have a few items I wish to sell.
