REmove a malicous libel lies, that are against 3 of their own policies and federal law w precident

The heading says it all a malicious lies feedback that are libel against eBay s 3 of it's own policies , and because of the nature of the language it also, breaks federal law that has legal standing precedent. And they NOT have removed it, after 2 request s they send me a standard answer ,no explanation, except they mention their policies. Because if they read the ebay sellers protection policies. The 1st 3 paragraphs are directly relevant to me. Have been ignored, and lied to by them .

That means they don't read it or take it seriously, and send a standard answer, I was told that everyone gets denied, by one of the supervisor.

What's the next step any suggestions or information that can help me. Before the lawyer or the news.
