Removal of Playboy's 25th Anniversary issue
My listing for Playboy's 25th Anniversary issue was pulled almost immediately for "violating eBay's policy concerning sexual activity". However, I see several listings and sales for the exact same issue. Search "Playboy 25th" and see for yourself. Where is eBay's "Trust and Safety group? I will not attempt to relist my issue as I can't trust eBay.

Adult magazines, books, and comics that contain nudity are allowed only if they don't contain sexual activity and if no images of nudity are showing in the listing.
✓ You must ensure that all nude persons were above the age of 18 at the time the images were produced.
In general, Playboy magazines have been allowed, while something like Hustler has not.
However, there are some issues of Playboy that had a model who was under 18 when photographed. Those issues are not allowed.
I don't have a list of allowed vs not allowed listings. There are some other threads in then "Selling" section of the community that have lists of issues, but I do not know if those lists are complete or accurate.

Even though you may see other listings, it doesn't mean the item is allowed.
✓ It's a bit like speeding; you're not allowed to do it, but not everyone gets caught. You're still not allowed to do it, though.
Those sellers are risking their accounts by listing these items, and that can catch up with them at any time.
I know it is hard to understand when you see the listings but trust me, sellers who violate policies do get caught. Their listing will get pulled down before or after the sale, and they get a serious warning on their account. Or, their account will be closed.
I know this isn't the answer you want to hear. You can find other marketplaces where you can sell these items.
