Removal of listings that aren’t counterfeit but said they are- who’s responsible for removing them?
Summary: we-630470 expressed frustration about their listings being repeatedly deleted for allegedly being counterfeit, despite verifying their authenticity through batch codes. They highlighted issues with non-branded items also being removed and criticized the platform's fees and policies, suggesting that the deletions might be personal or discriminatory. They feel that this situation is unfair and unwelcoming.
Who is responsible for deleting listings?!?
Everytime I turn around my listing are deleted saying they’re counterfeit when they are in fact not. I have ran batch codes to verify authenticity and regardless items are still removed. Another thing is when you list a no brand just simply a fashion bag it gets removed for counterfeit violation-NO BRAND can’t be counterfeit when you haven’t gave it a brand. The fees on this platform is 💩 They charge you for a title on a listing along with everything else. Then money you put out to get stuff to sell you lose big time. But my account has definitely been one that I guess someone just got a jealous bone and deleted my listings. Very Unwelcoming. You’re racist. My customers will definitely disagree Guarantee you

Mentor1 week ago@we-630470 I understand that this is frustrating. Bots check the site for listings that appear to violate policy.
New sellers listings that are selling certain items, such handbags, perfumes, or other higher end brand name items are more likely to have a listing removed.
If a listing is removed do NOT relist it even an agent says it's ok as they can not reset the bots and the listing will be removed again. If it is removed again then you can be suspended.
Once a listing is removed you need to list it for sale on another site.
