Removal of False Statement in Review
I have a buyer that left me a negative review, which I am ok with. But what I am not ok with is the false statement saying they did not get a refund. I have not received the product back. I explained to the buyer that I would give a full refund once I received the product back. Seller threatened to leave a bad review if I didn't just give the refund now, which I explained that the refund would be issued promptly once the item was received back. I am just asking for the removal of the statement "I contacted the seller and did not get a refund" removed, because that is not true. The return process is still in progress, so it will not be issued yet.

Mentor3 years agoIf you have a message from the buyer threatening bad feedback, contact ebay to remove it for Feedback Extortion, which is not allowed.
