Removal of an item that's not allowed but there are MANY of them listed by others
I recently had an item removed from my listing that E-Bay is saying is not allowed. There are so many of the same product currently for sale that have NOT been removed. Has anyone had this happen and how do you appeal something like this when clearly it's not a problem for everyone?

·1 year agoI was traveling on a highway Monday. The speed limit was 70. I was going 75, and cars were passing me like I was standing still. If I had gotten pulled over, could I have argued that the other cars were speeding too, so I shouldn’t get a ticket? Any cop would have probably laughed his tail off.
Same on eBay. They’re in violation, too . . . they just haven’t been caught yet. Do NOT relist. You’re on eBay’s radar now, and relisting a pulled item is a fast track to getting suspended.
