Removal of a negative comment
How do I email ebay in customer service to request a removal of a negative comment about a seller? I have to have the comment removed before I can get a refund. Thanks.

Mentor2 years agoYou can only revise feedback left in the last 30 days, so you will not be able to change the negative you left.
It is too late to open a not received claim with eBay, but it might not be too late to open a dispute through your credit card issuer. When did you make the purchase?

Mentor2 years agoLet the seller know you would like to revise the feedback you left, and you would appreciate it if the seller sent you the feedback revision form. Just in case the seller doesn't know where that is, tell him to go to his feedback profile, scroll all the way down and click on Request Feedback Revision. When you receive it, you have 10 days to act on it.
