    Removal from Vault
                     

    I had several cards vaulted with PSA before the Ebay acquisition.  I recently requested those cards to be removed from vault and returned to me.  On the vault side, those cards indicate "on their way to you"... I never received a notice of shipment from Ebay or a tracking number.  This has been the status for weeks now.  I opened a case through PSA customer service but still have received no response from Ebay.  I tried to find contact to Ebay through Ebay help, but every link I click is broken.  Help!!!
