Removal From Shopping Cart
I was just scrolling through some listings and it put an item in my cart. I went to the cart to remove it but there was no remove from cart option

Items cannot be added to your cart unless you win them, click Buy It Now, or click Add to Cart.
If you clicked Add to Cart, you would see a remove option, so it sounds like you clicked Buy It Now. That's a binding contract so the item cannot be removed. You can contact the seller to ask if he'll cancel the order, but understand that he is under no obligation to do so.
