Why does ebay remove my listing for RF-Link AVS-5811 Digital Media Streamer because it violates FCC rules but there are 5 other listings on ebay that the sellers can keep selling?

·3 years agoFor the same reasons you can get a speeding ticket even though other cars passed you. Just because others haven't been caught (or there is a difference in the listing or their status in being able to sell the item) doesn't mean that your listing isn't in violation of some rule or regulation.
