I'm not sure what you are asking. Did you receive something that was not as described in the listing you purchased from?
Contact your seller with whatever problem you have with the item. If you can't work it out with them directly, then file for a Request to Return the item. You can do that from your Purchase history list. Locate this purchase. Under the button on the right that says More Actions, from the drop down menu select Return your item and just follow the instructions.
