Relocation From US to Europe

Question

Hello, I have relocated to Europe so I want to change my eBay account to Europe. Is there a way to do this without having to create a new separate account?

I don't understand / know if my account is "Managed Payments account".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are ebays in many countries. What country did you move to, and I'll post the link to that country. Then I would suggest you log into that country with your current account, and go to their HELP & CONTACT and ask about transferring your account over. That way, you keep the feedback you have earned.
