Relisting once item goes to inactive status
Up until 3 days ago when before the new feature was added "your cost optional" which of course according to everyone I talked to today had nothing to do with this change.Ha Ha Right? Once items are listed and run their course of no one bidding the item now goes to inactive once called unsold anyway once it went to inactive.I did the same as I always do relist but this time as other times if no one bid on the 7 days there was a tab to relist again automatically.This was gone.Tried to explain to 3 different people on the phone today regarding this and said oh this was only an option and I guess ebay could take that away at anytime.Whaaaaat?Really so you are saying that the last 5 years were "I got lucky". No real answers again just reading to me the guidelines on the help and guidelines section that I read myself.

From eBay Help...
If you select the auto-relist option (if available) when you create your listing, auctions with a duration of 5 days or more will be automatically relisted up to 8 times.

OP4 months agoThat is the issue for the last 5 years I had that option Since the addition of "your cost optional" it is gone.Yes and according to customer service one had nothing to do with the other.That option of auto relist is gone.
No explanation other than well.......we all can read from the same answers on ebay.

This is a community board. No one from eBay is here and no one here took away the relist option.
Keep in mind that the automatic relist option is only available on listings created by new and occasional sellers. The option will not show for other sellers.
I don't know why you had the option for so long. It should have gone away years ago on your account.
