Relist Fees for Items Sold

Question

I just noticed I have been charged relist fees for items that sold. They were not items relisted for sale because I only had one. I have tried to get in touch with Ebay and thats almost impossible. They are making double listing fees, maybe triple on my stuff that has sold the last 5 months I have been selling. I don't want to delete the enitre lsiting even after it sells. Please help!

If your sold listing is being charged a relisting fee - it would be active and available for purchase. You should end any active listing that contains a sold item.

The listing will move to Orders and you can still see it there for 90 days, after that time it deletes itself.

You shouldn't have any listing fees since you have under 250 listings.

Can you tell me where you are seeing the duplicate relisting fees? Or give me an example of a listing?

Just in case this is the issue:

- Each time you create a listing it is good for 30 days, then it renews every 30 days.

- If you were over your 'free insertions' for the month, you would indeed by charged a listing fee every 30 days.

- If you are using Auctions, they will renew and you could be charged every 7 to 10 days (depending on the length)

I can see you have a store now, but I don't the level or how long you have had it.

A starter store gets 250 free insertions per month (whether auction or fixed price)
