Release payment on hold
My sold item was to be a local pick up. However, the item was purchased and paid for and buyer had offered to pay for shipping. The item was then shipped to the buyer at his request. My payment remains on hold. How do I get it released?

Mentor3 weeks agoSince you are a new/infrequent seller, the payment can be held for up to 31 days.
How did you arrange the shipping with the buyer? Did they pay for shipping charges outside of Ebay?

Mentor3 weeks agoIf the item was sold for Local Pick up then eBay is expecting you to enter either the QR code or the numeric code the buyer received when they made the purchase. Without doing this the eBay will hold the funds for 30 days.
