Release on hold of funds.
How can I tell if the payment for an item which was put on hold has been returned to my account? I had a buyer claim an item wasn't delivered although the USPS tracking shows it has. There was a hold put on the funds in my account but now I can't tell if they've been returned. The item shows released but the amount of money in my account I don't feel reflects it.
