Rejecting a return request
I sold 2 seed packets, listed as NOS (new old stock) in advertising and collectibles. They are not listed as packets of seeds. The buyer wants their money back because they have no seeds.
How do I contact EBay to dispute accepting a return. I have sent responses to the buyer already.

·3 years agoYour seed packet listings don't say anything about having no seeds.
If they are empty, you should say so.
You can dispute the return, but the buyer will still be refunded from your account.
