rejected return
I was sold a fake product. It stated authentic, but it was simply not It was a gift for Christmas for someone and I want my money back so I can apply it toward an actual authentic product. The seller rejected the return for a refund. I cant figure out how to bring this to the attention of Ebay and make a claim forcing the seller to refund my money. The product came from Hong Kong so Im at a loss on what to do. I keep clicking on Help but I have to select from options that dont apply. can someone give me steps Per Betim on how to submit a claim?

·1 year agoI’m not sure what Per Betim means, but I can answer your question.
Since it’s been more than 30 days since you received it, it’s too late to pursue anything through eBay. Their Money Back Guarantee is for 30 days after you receive the item. You’ll have to turn to PayPal (if you paid through them), or do a chargeback through your bank/credit card company.
