reinvoice buyer after refund due to incorrect payment method
buyer requested a refund due to error they made selecting payment method.
I have refunded funds, now I would like to send them a new invoice to pay again.
what options are there

You need to relist the item so they can buy it again. You can not send a new invoice - your refund closed the purchase.
