Reinstate negative feedback provided?
I made a purchase through Ebay for a vendor that had 100% positive feedback and yet I had a negative experience so I left negative feedback citing exclusively facts (i.e. order date, date delivered and issue with the order) so there was nothing left to interpretation, yet my feedback was removed.
Having first hand experience with this vendor, I could not believe this was a 100% positive feedback vendor so I kept an eye on the reviews for a few days and right on, more negative feedback was left and once again such negative feedback was removed.
So this vendor has 100% positive feedback because he gets ebay to remove all negative feedback he receives. I reported this to ebay and asked just one thing, to reinstate my feedback but did not get any reply back.
What would be the right way to get all the negative feedback for this vendor reinstated? This issue has shaken my confidence in the review system that ebay has as I can see it can be vey easily manipulated so I haven't left any additional feedback for any other vendor or buyer since.
Yet, I keep thinking of all the other people being misled into believing this is a good reputable vendor where in reality is not and then they buy from them and have issues that never get published.
Other that opening a support ticket, is there a way to get all the negative feedback for this vendor reinstated?
