reinstate my account

Question

ebay cancellec my account bedause my performance was bad. I was in a car accident t and couldn't tend to my account so of course i had bad ratings I've spoken to various agents. . I'm worried that ebay won't let me back. I've been on ebay for more that 10 years, and have had excellent performance and comments. What should I do?

If it says suspended indefinitely, that means you cannot come back. Sorry.

As Mentors, we're not able to look at your account details.

Although feedback has nothing to do with your Seller Performance level, your Transaction Defect Rate does. If at some point, eBay had you at Below Standard, they would advise you what you might be able to do and how long you had to do that.

But as mentioned, if your account was permanently suspended, there really is nothing you can do.

You may or may not be able to get your selling ability back. Did the message you received when they suspended your account give a time limit for the suspension? If not then this is a permanent suspension and this is cannot be appealed.
