Reimbursement of selling fees after return and refund to buyer
How can I contact eBay to resolve issues with statements, payouts, etc.? My greatest concern is for the refunding of my seller fees for a buyer return that I refunded on May 11th.
It's almost $400. I need it. Why is this taking so long? And why has eBay not responded for two months? Help, please, anyone?

If they did, they don't refund their fee's.
