Reimbursement for UPS Huge Over Charge on Weight
I will try to make this short. I saw that UPS had charged me almost 1400.00 in shipping charges on one item (a golf club) and Ebay was attempting to deduct from my bank account. I had shipped at least 7-8 of the same item which was under my shipping policy so I know that the weight was not incorrect on my end but somehow went from a 4lb item to a 250lb item. This was acknowledged via a shipping customer service person and I thought it would be resolved but now Ebay has deducted the money via my bank account and when I called today they said they were putting it back in today which hasn't happened. I didn't even think about them actually deducting since it was resolved. There wasn't much in that account and now I've got a few automatic payments that will be declined and fee's deducted in my bank account because Ebay proceeded in charging me.
I'm a relatively new seller and the over charge is more then I've actually made since being on Ebay and I don't see a resolution or an urgency to remedy a problem that was not my fault. I'm also going to be in the hole a bunch of money till this is reversed so is there someone I can contact? It seems like there are compartmentalized customer service reps and I don't seem to be getting to the right department.
