Reimbursement for shipping label
I shipped items to a buyer that paid for shipping. I did not use the ebay prepaid label but purchased my own label from UPS. I saw were ebay sent my payout for the items bought but there was no line item for the shipping cost that the buyer paid. I would like to know how to get my reimbursemnt for my cost of the shipping label since the buy paid for the shipping.

I do not see that you have Ship with eBay on any of your recently sold listings, but have USPS ground advantage listed. There is not a prepaid label associated with this shipping. The buyer pays you the shipping and you use that to purchase the label. The buyer's payment to eBay includes the item, the shipping you set on your listing, and any tax they owe. eBay takes their selling fees out and sends you the balance.
When you are responsible for purchasing the shipping label you need to use the carrier and service you put on your listings. Did you contact the buyer to ask if it was OK to switch carriers? Switching carriers without contacting the buyer can lead to an item not as described refund claim since you did not ship how you said you would. Some buyers prefer certain carriers and will only buy items shipped that way.
As to the tracking number on the order. Go to your orders page and look to see if there is a tracking number on the order, if not you can add the UPS one. The option to add tracking is in the drop down menu.

Your mention of an "ebay prepaid label" indicates that you are in eBay's relatively-new
Ship With eBay program. eBay may have enrolled you in that program if you are a new or returning/infrequent seller.
Currently, eBay uses only the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx as carriers for this Ship With eBay program. Your decision to purchase the label for shipping services provided by the United Parcel Service (UPS) is way, waay outside the parameters of the
Ship With eBay program.
Unfortunately for you, since you did not use the prepaid shipping label that eBay provided to you, eBay cannot and will not reimburse you for any shipping cost that you paid. Even if you had purchased the shipping at your local USPS Post Office and not UPS, you would not be reimbursed.
However, eBay will refund your buyer the amount of money he/she paid for shipping, the amount that was shown in your listing.
