reimbursement for postage

Question

i sold an item and ebay charged me postage.

i did not print postage at home as printer would not work.

i took package to post office

'they said postage was more

i got new tracking number and new postage,

i notified buyer of new tracking number

i want to be reimbursed the postage ebay charged me

If it was scanned at the post office it cannot be refunded to you.

Go here to look for that label and cancel that label:

Under "actions", it will have the options for you.

You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.

@garnet-76 Be sure to go to the sold listing and select edit next to the tracking number and add the correct one.

You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>
