Reimbursement for po fees

Question

I had great difficultutrying to print a shipping label for two sales. Frustrated, I called EBay and told them i would go to Post Office myself, pay for it and then make a claim later,

I have the receipt. How do you make a claim?

@troutlock I am sorry but it sounds like you may have received bad advice from an agent.

You have to VOID the label that you did not use within 5 days of purchasing it on this page>

USPS is who has the money for the labels you didn't use, not eBay. There is no "claim" to file.

Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

Locate the Order. Click the down-arrow. Select VOID label. You have 5 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.

Now make sure you enter the tracking number from your receipt from the post office.
