About an item that's it free today or 3-day shipping or you can pay $35 for expedite so i paid $35 but here it is 5 days and I'm still not received my item can I be reimbursed my $35

You will need to contact the Seller to possibly be reimbursed. Your payment went directly to the Seller's account.
Did the Seller ship the package on time? Was delivery delayed due to the carrier?
Hopefully you and the Seller can work something out.
