I PURCHASED A NEW ITEM BUT THE ORDER NUMBER GIVEN AT EBAY IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY THE MANUFACTURER

Mentor4 months agoI am not sure why the manufacturer would want the eBay order number. They should only care about the actual manufacturers item number as shown on the item and packaging. What you need to keep in mind is that unless the seller is an authorized dealer for the manufacturer you probably have no warranty coverage no matter what you have been told.
