ReginaShopnShip scammed me

Question

The seller ReginaShopnShip has scammed me out of my money,,,,she didn't send my 📦 package and when I opened a request,,,,she sent out an empty box with an updated tracking number,,,,now ebay won't allow me to open a request and the seller is not answering my messages,,,,I need help in getting my refund

I am sorry that happened!

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described. (an empty box)

If the seller doesn't provide a refund or a valid return label after 3 full business days; you will be able to Ask eBay to Step In

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.

If you already opened and closed a return request or you waited too long to open a return, file a chargeback on your payment method, PayPal, or credit card. That goes back to eBay and your seller.
