Regarding theissue of my account being suspended and unable to return goods
Summary: qinbi_57 shared that their account was suspended and they were unable to access goods they ordered and paid for. Despite seeing a tracking number, they have not received the headphones and were denied a refund. lady_madonna suggested contacting the payment source to dispute the charge since the account is no longer active on eBay. mr_lincoln noted that discrepancies in shipping destinations could raise suspicions and advised that eBay might have acted to prevent possible fraudulent activity, potentially affecting future account registrations.
My account has been suspended and it shows as' no longer a registered user '. Before the account went wrong, I bought headphones and requested them to be sent to a UK address. I have made full payment and saw the tracking number, but I have not received the goods yet. When I requested a refund, the other party refused to provide a return or refund. My current status is that I have neither received the goods nor the refund. May I ask how to handle it? The previous username was bi624001, order number 03-15136-56953, and the order was placed on September 5, 2026

Your account is registered in Singapore and you asked to have something shipped to the UK???? What country are you talking about? WHO were you having it shipped to, friend? family? business associate?
Depending on the item and country you were trying to have the item shipped to it might be banned in that country which further complicates the matter.
There is a good chance that you will be blocked from using eBay in the future even if you try to register another account. Sellers are required to ship to the address of record at the time of the order. Making that type of request sends up red flags, like your account may have been hacked and purchases directed elsewhere.
Really sorry it happened but I suspect eBay viewed your transaction as suspcious and erred on the side of caution and shut the account down.

If you do not receive the item, you can contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to dispute the charge.
