Regarding the application to remove buyer negative reviews.
Hello, buyers left negative reviews stating that they did not receive the order. I have verified with the logistics and it is highly likely that the package was lost. Therefore, I believe the buyer has made a compensation of resend/refund. Losing the package also harms my interests, so I hope these two negative reviews can be removed. Thank you!

Mentor11 months agoIt is the responsibility of the seller to make sure the buyer receives their items and if they don't, the seller (you) must issue a refund. Ebay will not remove the feedback.
You can file a lost package claim with your shipping company.
