Regarding Temporary Restriction on Buying and Selling
Dear eBay Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I recently opened a business account and provided all the required information during the registration process. Today, shortly after creating my first listing for a pre-owned product, I received a notification stating that my account has been temporarily restricted from buying and selling.
However, the email notification did not clearly explain the specific reason for this restriction. If any additional documentation or verification is required, please let me know, and I will promptly provide whatever is needed to restore full access to my account.

All new accounts will have restrictions on buying and selling until you receive enough sales to show you are reliable and trustworthy. Once that happens, your payouts will no longer be 30 days and you will receive them quicker. You will also be able to request a limit raise once a month.
