Regarding Sellers Untested Products
I've noticed that there are a lot of sellers who want to sell products but they'll describe how wonderful the item is with the "its a classic" mumbo jumbo yet they haven't a clue because they haven't tested it. How can you sell an item that you haven't a clue if it works?? Or the "tested" is I've plugged it in heard a noise and it works great. You get the product it makes noise but doesn't mean it works. Especially on mechanical/electronic items. Then they'll follow it up on the product page "Do not take returns". Lol!!! You must be absolutely mad. You will take returns!!! Especially if you haven't a clue on the operability of the product YOU sell. Someone explain that lunacy to me.

Mentor8 months agoAs you probably know, a seller's "no return" policy only applies to "remorse" returns.
If the buyer files a "not as described" return within thirty days, eBay's money back guarantee applies.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
That having been said, if you think a seller has not tested an item or does not know how to test if it is functional, you may want to consider buying from a different seller that has more experience selling such items.

Mentor8 months agoYou are welcome. Not all sellers know what they are selling, necessarily. Sometimes that can allow you to find a very good deal, but at other times you may wind up having to go through a return for a refund.
