Regarding seller performance review
I have had an eBay store account for 15 years, and recently this year I was having issues managing inventory with one of crosslisting apps and because of it i ended up having to cancel 6 items for out of stock purchases. Besides this i have always had a 5 star review rating. Even with the cancelled orders. However eBay has my account restricted for 12 months now at 115 listings only. But I am paying for 1000 listings for my eBay store. Trying to Contact eBay has been very frustrating. Is there a direct email I can send an appeal to? I am still paying for a monthly subscription that I can’t use. And makes it nearly impossible to bring up my seller performance with this restriction. Looking for positive advice: Do I upgrade my subscription? Do I cancel my eBay store? Could I open another eBay store? how to move forward without having to wait this out 12 months

Mentor1 year agoI was a below standard seller years ago. I had a Premium store and was a top rated seller. I had 3 packages that never got an acceptance scan. I refunded each of the buyers, but that didn't matter. I was restricted to listing 10 items per month. As the listings neared their 30 days, they were automatically ended. I couldn't do anything with those ended listings so they were automatically removed when they were 90 days old.
I found items I could list for $5 with free shipping. 7 of those items sold the first week. Now I had to wait until the new month rolled around before I could list another 10 items. All of this took several months, meanwhile I was being charged for the premium store. Eventually I became an above standard seller, and downgraded my store to Basic.
You need more sales so the percentage of defects decreases. When your annual subscription for the store comes it its renewal date, you can downgrade to a Basic store.
