Regarding policy violations
Several sellers from Japan are selling other people's products as if they were their own.
And when I purchased an item from them, they chose to cancel the purchase for my convenience even though they did not have the item in stock. I have purchased more than 10 items from them.
I have repeatedly reported them to eBay with the URL of the resale item and the URL of the item he is listing with a detailed description, but they do not punish the sellers. They are also Top sellers and I would like to see them stripped of their Top seller status at the very least.
Do I have to keep reporting them to eBay forever until they are punished?

OP2 years agoThank you for your reply.
Of course we have reported this to management, but they are not taking action.
That is why I am contacting them each time I see an irregularity for the actions they are taking, because they are doing it every day.

Mentor2 years agoWhat reason did the seller give for the cancellations? If it is Out of stock/damage, a defect is recorded on the seller's account. Too many defects and the seller can be restricted or suspended.
If the seller stated that you requested the cancellation or there was a problem with your address, you can report the seller.

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, write "Seller cancelled order stating......" in order to avoid a defect.
