regarding label
How can I print a different label for my eBay package? The post office informed me that the current label is too large for a small letter. so i need to cancel my label and when am doing it again ebay is not allowing me? Please can someone help?

Before you Void the first label try the Reprint label on the page link below ... try to reduce the size via the Print flow. You can bookmark the page for future reference. Use the pull-down menu on the left and select Reprint label NOT print another label ... the latter means you will buy a new one. You can Reprint a label 5 times before needing to buy a new one.

You can Void the first label from that same page, in 21 days or less your account will be credited the label cost. You have to do that within 5 days of buying the label, otherwise, you own it.
