Regarding funds on hold for eBay international shipping
So question about items sent internationally via eBay label using eBay hubs. Below I quoted what I was told via email support however everytime I try contacting agents via chat or call 75% im told complete opposite that funds can’t be released unless shows delivered so which one is true and correct cause even the page about the international service says sellers job/part ends once verified and received by eBay hub

Item : Kingston FURY Beast DDR5 32GB 2x16GB 6000MT/s CL36-44-44 INTEL AMD EXPO/XMP RAM
It seems your chat was disconnected in middle of conversation and we have received your query regarding how to get the funds since you have shipped the item with eBay label.
I have reviewed the details here and can see that it was delivered to the eBay hub on 30th Jan. Please be assured, for such international orders, the funds get released when the item get shipped to the buyer.
So, I would suggest you to wait for 1-2 days as once it shipped to the buyer by eBay hub, new tracking number will be added on order and funds will be released automatically. “
