Regading Buyer return for money back
Trying to figure out the following. I was the Seller, goods got top Buyer damaged. I have refunded Buyer his money and he is going to send the goods back to me, as I can fix the problem and resell the item. I refunded the money and paid for his shipping the item back to me. How does he go about acquiring the shipping slip I purchased. He has looked through his messages and doesn't find the slipping slip there?

If you already refunded the buyer, the transaction is over.
You are not supposed to issue a refund until AFTER you receive the returned item.
